Refund Exclusions Refunds or partial refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

- ISP interruptions
- Server downtime or routine maintenance
Our technical team is continuously working to resolve such issues efficiently.
Compensation for Extended Downtime If your IPTV service is inaccessible for 72 hours or more due to server issues caused by us, we will:
- Extend your subscription duration to compensate for the lost time.
- Offer additional bonuses upon discussion.
